What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But don't cut your hair over it, we want you to feel comfortable. So, if those heels are too high or that top button is too tight, let your freak flag fly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We don't want it to be tight like a tiger at the tables. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes and Yes, both ceremony and reception are taking place at the Black Bear Golf Club. There is also a free shuttle available for your convenience-Whether you're staying at Minerals or not.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, after the wedding we will go back to Minerals at Kite. There we will have a nightcap and enjoy some music by a DJ until 1:30am. If we aren't asked to leave prior to the last song... we'll all be on our best behavior- as per usual.

Will we be able to watch the Kentucky Derby?

Answer

Yes, if everyone arrives on time... the ceremony will begin as scheduled-just in time for our Kentucky Derby Cocktail Hour to begin.
