Welcome to Our Beginning

They met while both living abroad in London, Sarah from the US and Rex from South Africa. After meeting on an online dating app (#thanksbumble!) they had their first date at a lovely little French wine bar Rex had been recommended by a friend (i.e. Yelp). The date went very well, Sarah shared stories from her recent first trip to South Africa and Rex shared his excitement about his upcoming travel plans to New York for the first time, almost as if they were meant to be! It was a blistering hot day in London (the hottest that summer) so Sarah suggested a walk in Hyde Park to find some ice cream and accidentally got them locked in the Queen's Garden, proving they could work through problems together on their very first date! They were inseparable since that day, soaking up the London life until Rex popped the question and they decided to embark on their next adventure together of life in New York City!
