Welcome Event & Rehearsal Dinner

A huge Alaskan Welcome to all the cheechakos coming to the Wedding Event of the Summer. You’re invited to join us at the home where Michelle grew up. Momma Maggie will be hosting a Welcome Event and Rehearsal dinner on Saturday June 29th at her home in the valley. The attire is casual- light coat if we have sunshine, layers if it’s cold, and raingear if it’s raining. We’ll know when it happens. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-formal, Alaskan style. You might not want to wear stilettoes. Might be cold, might be hot, might be raining, might be not...

The festivities will start at 4pm in Auke Bay boat habor, where we will set sail on our private 78-foot vessel towards Orca Point Lodge on Colt Island. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes, during which you can relax and soak in the stunning scenery, and keep a lookout for humpback whales! Once we reach the lodge, we'll disembark and stroll up the dock. There will be ample time before the wedding ceremony begins to fully appreciate the surroundings. You can enjoy a drink, conversation, explore the rocky beach, or see tide pool creatures, all while taking in the awe-inspiring views of Alaska. Following the ceremony, we'll have a delightful Alaskan dinner, enjoy some dancing, and share stories and laughter together. The last boat back to Auke Bay will depart at 9:45 pm, so you can cherish every moment of this special day with us before bidding farewell to the Colt Island.

Recuperation Brunch

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

This will be a casual low-key "day after" brunch where we can tell stories and reminisce.
