What transportation will be provided on Friday?
Answer
Shuttles from Topnotch Resort and Sun & Ski Inn and Suites will be provided for the Welcome Party on Friday. If you plan on driving your vehicle, parking is available. Departure Times: The Topnotch Welcome Party Shuttle will promptly begin with the first pick-up at 7:20 p.m. and additional pick-up times from Topnotch at ~8:00 p.m. and ~8:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up outside the lobby front entrance. The Sun & Ski Inn and Suites Welcome Party Shuttle will promptly begin with the first pick-up at 7:20 p.m. and additional pick-up times from Sun & Ski at ~8:00 p.m. and ~8:30 p.m. The shuttle will pick up outside the lobby front entrance. Shuttle Return Times: All shuttles will return guests at 10:00 pm. If you prefer to depart before 10 pm, there will be an early shuttle at 9:00 pm.

Answer
Shuttles from Topnotch Resort and Sun & Ski Inn and Suites will be provided for Saturday's Ceremony, reception, and after-party. If you plan on driving your vehicle, parking is available. Departure Times: The Topnotch Resort Pick-Up Time: Promptly at 3:30 PM The Sun & Ski Inn and Suits Pick-up Time: Promptly at 3:30 PM The shuttle will pick up outside the front entrance of each hotel’s lobby. Please be ready a few minutes before the pick-up time. Shuttle Return Times: All shuttles will return guests to the two hotels at 10:00 pm. If you plan to attend the after-party at the Matterhorn, shuttles will be provided, and guests will be returned to the two hotels when the after-party is over at 1 am. If you would like to leave the afterparty earlier than 1 am, shuttles will be available to return you to Topnotch or Sun and Ski.

WHAT SHALL I WEAR?
Answer
For the wedding itself, we're asking for black tie attire. This means a tux and formal dresses. Please keep in mind that the reception is planned for outside in a grassy area. For the welcome party on Friday, please wear summer cocktail attire but you can keep it more casual, no jackets required!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE RECEPTION IF I WANTED TO DRIVE MYSELF?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at both the welcome party at American Flatbread on Friday night and on Saturday at Topnotch for the wedding if you prefer to drive yourself.

We're asking that our weekend events be an adult-only celebration, so we encourage you to arrange childcare and come party with us kid-free!
