When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 1st 2023. This is our deadline so we can give accurate numbers for catering and desserts.

What if I can't make it?
Answer
While we hope everyone can attend, we understand if some are unable to make it. If this is the case and you would still like to be a part of our special day, we will have a video stream recording live during our ceremony that you can watch virtually. Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your plus one will be indicated on your invitation and are specifically listed when you RSVP on our website. We ask that any additional guests attend only if they are included in these areas.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking is free and provides easy access to the venue for any wheelchairs or walkers. There will be plenty of space for all guests, however, we appreciate any guests willing to carpool.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, so please arrive at 3 pm to mingle and pick your seat.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, if they are invited, they will be included on your invitation.

What kind of food will be served?
Answer
There will be appetizers following the ceremony at 4:00 pm and tacos for dinner around 5:30 pm.

What time will the reception conclude?

The reception will conclude at 8:30 pm with a sparkler exit.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
No, alcohol is prohibited at our venue. Due to our venue and personal preferences, no alcohol will be provided and we ask that that you do not bring your own. Feel free to visit any of the local bars or restaurants for an alcoholic drink following the reception if you would like.
