We are having more of a nontraditional reception so there will be a lose timeline for food which will be supplied by food trucks. The only true timeline is that we request you please arrive on time for the festivities to begin. Parking is very close to cocktail hour location but we suggest you arrive right at 4pm or slightly before to accommodate parking. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please! Ladies, this is an outdoor venue so please take your shoes into consideration when picking your outfit!
Yes! Please drink responsibly and find a safe ride home! We will not be offering a shuttle or transportation due to the location of the venue, so please plan ahead!
We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than April 11th, 2025. We know this RSVP deadline is a little earlier than some weddings but to ensure we can fully enjoy our elopement and focus on our love we are asking that RSVPs be completed before we leave for that! We would love to celebrate with you! We must give our final numbers to our venue and our vendors in a timely manner therefore if you have not submitted your RSVP by April 11th, 2025 you will be marked down as a "No" response. We will miss you at our wedding however we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you if your RSVP is late.
Parking is onsite at the venue, there will be signage to direct you! Our whole celebration will be onsite at Cold Saturday Farm, no need to move your car! The venue is outdoor though we do have access to areas with AC and coverage please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour will be in space partially covered, but attached to a patio. Dancing and seating will primarily be under a large tent with access to both covered and uncovered seating areas outside of the tent if you need a break!
