We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony start time (which is 4pm).
The ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor-outdoor reception. If you need wheelchair accessibility, please notify the bride or Crystal Guinn ahead of time to plan accordingly. The reception will have indoor seating for dinner. There will be yard games throughout the courtyard such as cornhole, giant jenga, etc. to enjoy. đ€
The recommended attire is a dressy casual. There is mixed terrain (concrete, gravel, grass), so please keep that in mind when choosing your footwear.
When you arrive at the venue address, there will be a gate you drive through to access the property. As you follow the short road, you will be greeted by a parking attendant to guide you to an appropriate parking spot.
Once you open the RSVP portal, type in your name to see those invited in your party (you and your partner, kids, etc) and if you are permitted a plus one.
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, our professional photographer wants to capture your faces not your phones - but feel free to capture special moments after the ceremony and please share them all with the bride & groom.
Yes! We are so excited to be having a mobile pizza oven on site to serve fresh, gourmet pizza and salad. If you have a gluten allergy - please notify the bride or groom as soon as possible so we can accommodate you!
There will be beer and wine available - served by a licensed bartender. We know anyone who drinks will have a proper sober ride home planned đ (be aware - Uber and Lyft are not easy to come by in the area).
There will be a send off at approximately 9:45, ending the wedding reception promptly at 10pm.
Don't hesitate to reach out to the bride or groom directly if you have any other questions :)
