What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The gates to parking open at 4pm, we do not recommend arriving earlier than 4. There will be a shuttle taking you from the parking lot to the ceremony site, please take this into consideration for your arrival time. Please be seated by 4:45 as the ceremony starts at 5.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are excited to share our big day with everyone, but please refrain from taking pictures during our ceremony as our professional wedding photographer will capture the special moments. Please relax and enjoy the ceremony, we will share the images with everyone after the celebration. Feel free to take as many photos as you like once the ceremony is over.

Will it take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception takes place mainly indoors but you have the option to socialize outdoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal attire.

What type of food and drink will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet style dinner and dessert.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions by September 8.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar, please do not bring any outside alcohol. Everyone over the age of 21 is required to show their ID to the bartender, you will not be served without an ID.
