What is the weather like in September in Michigan?
Answer
Usually September in Michigan is still reasonably warm. Expect warm/hot days but cooler nights. During the day the beach is open! We encourage everyone to bring their swimsuits to take a dip in the lake or relax on the beach. Layers are encouraged for nighttime. Shawls, wraps, light jackets etc.

Is there parking available in Castle Park?
Answer
Yes-if you will be driving into Castle Park the day of for the wedding festivities, parking is available to the left of the Castle in the field. Though it is limited, carpooling is encouraged(for day of guests).

Will the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception take place indoors out outdoors?
Answer
All events will take place outside. Bring an extra layer accordingly. *Block heels/low heels recommended for ladies for easier walking in grass and gravel*

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be doing an unplugged ceremony. While we want everyone to take lots of pictures, we ask that you wait until after the ceremony is finished to start capturing this special day!
