Please see below for hotel recommendations, room block information, and the closest airport for our out-of-town guests. If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend renting a car as Ubers can be difficult to order near our venue. Please keep this in mind!

This is where we'll have our ceremony and reception, so it doesn't get much more convenient! We have a room block, so when you call to book, just mention you're a guest at the Supik/Deaton wedding to receive a discount.

Discounted rates available for our guests via the link below. We will be providing transportation to and from the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island + Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, so please keep in mind a safe transportation plan if you book accommodation elsewhere. We will be providing a 5pm shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island to the Beach Club ahead of our 5:30pm ceremony.

Flight

BWI Airport

For those coming from farther away (thank you!), this is the most convenient airport to fly into. BWI is about 30 minutes from Downtown Annapolis and 45 minutes from the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
