The Wedding Website of Sarah Morelli and Stephen Scaringe

Our wedding ceremony will take place at Silver Spring Presbyterian Church, the revolutionary war-era church Sarah grew up attending. Please come in time to greet friends, old and new, and enjoy tea and snacks. Following the ceremony, we will shift to Stock's Manor, just a mile from Sarah's parents' home, to celebrate with food and drinks, and some surprise performances! On the wedding day, we request upscale attire. From cocktail dresses and jackets/ties to saris and kurtas, please wear clothes that help you feel celebratory. We’re also planning other less formal events earlier that weekend in the hopes of spending time with you outside of the service and reception (please see below). For out-of-town guests, there will also be a printout of the schedule available at check-in at the Harrisburg Hilton. (See "Travel & Hotel" for wedding block booking info.) We can't wait to enjoy this special time with you!

River School Voyage

Pride of the Susquehanna, City Island

This event might change as we are retooling the weekend for 2021. We had reserved tickets on the “Pride of the Susquehanna” riverboat for a 75-minute teaching cruise to learn about the flora and fauna on the Susquehanna River. Children are especially welcome. The boat leaves promptly from a dock on City Island (11 Championship Way).

We are inviting everyone to dinner Saturday evening. We have not yet decided where; it will likely be at the Harrisburg Hilton or at one of the many restaurants in short walking distance from there. After dinner at 9:30pm we have booked the “Pride of the Susquehanna” riverboat for a private 45-minute cruise on the Susquehanna River at dusk/night. Please RSVP for dinner. only; there is plenty of space on the riverboat, so you can decide that night if you wish to join us.

We don't yet know the Senators' 2021 season schedule. If possible, we'll plan to get together for a ball game on Friday night. Stay tuned!
