Sarah first laid eyes on Hunter in January of 2012 when he rode his scooter up on his first day of their German culture class. She offered up the seat next to her to this enchanting stranger and spent most of the class trying to flirt with him. After giving up on this romantic endeavor, Sarah and Hunter became good friends and headed off to study abroad in Germany together.

While in Germany their friendship grew into something more, and by the end of the semester they finally admitted their feelings to one another. Arriving back in LA for the next semester they began dating and had a fun year of adventures in school and summer. They took a year apart; Hunter still in school and Sarah graduated & traveled back to Germany to work briefly.

On Valentine's Day 2015 Hunter showed up on Sarah's doorstep at 7am. She had worked a night shift and was running on very little sleep. With a bouquet of her favorite flowers and a love letter in hand, Hunter made up for the early wake up call. They got right back into the swing of things & have since continued to evolve and grow their relationship. Last year they added a new addition to their family - Whiskey - an energetic (read: troublesome) and lovable puppy!
