FAQs

The Wedding Website of Sara Hole and Drew Tomlinson, Jr.
Question

Can I take photos of you two at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding. We sincerely wish that everyone will be fully present at our ceremony and reception. We will have (2) professional photographers and (2) videographers capturing the night. Neither our ceremony venue (St. David's Church) or our reception venue (Gulph Mills) permit cell phone usage. If you absolutely must make a phone call or send a text, please step away and be discreet.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress in "Summer Formal" attire! Men are to wear a suit and tie. Women are to wear a floor, ankle, or tea length dress or jumpsuit. Bright, summery colors or prints are encouraged, especially shades of blue, pink, peach, purple, and yellow!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have shuttle buses that will take guests from Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken to the ceremony at St. David's Church. The shuttles depart at 4:15. The same buses will transport guests to the reception at Gulph Mills Golf Club. After cocktail hour, shuttle buses will run on a continuous loop from Gulph Mills to Hotel West & Main.

Question

Can I drive myself or Uber to the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please keep in mind that parking at Gulph Mills is limited and Ubers can be sparse in the area and it is not uncommon to wait 20-30 minutes to secure an Uber ride. If you plan to Uber, it is advised that you schedule your ride ahead of time. We strongly advise that guests park at the Hotel West & Main and take the complimentary shuttle bus which will return to the hotel at the end of the night. PLEASE do not drink and drive, and make safe choices!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Shuttle buses will depart from Hotel West & Main in Conshohocken to arrive at St. David's Church in a timely manner.
