ARE KIDS INVITED?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! To give all of the guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, Sara & Steve politely request no children.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, there will be bus service provided from the hotels (as noted on the Travel page of our website) to Regatta Place and also from Regatta Place back to the hotels. Departing from Hotels to Regatta Place: - 3:15pm: Hampton Inn - 3:30pm: Residence In - 4:00pm: Hotel Viking - 4:00pm: Marriott Departing from Venue to Hotels - 10:30pm - 11:30pm - 12:45am

IS THERE PARKING AT REGATTA PLACE?

Answer

Yes, if you choose not to take the provided bus transportation, there is complimentary parking at the venue. We want everyone to celebrate safely, so if you drive there, and then enjoy a cocktail or two, you may certainly leave your car overnight and take the bus back to one of the hotels

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Please let Sara and Steve know of any dietary restrictions and they will kindly relay restrictions, allergies and requests to the Culinary Team at Regatta Place.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK LODGING BY?

With October being peak wedding season, we suggest you book as soon as possible! Please refer to the Travel page of our website for hotels at which we have secured rooms blocks.
