Shuttle Departure Time From Hotels: IMPORTANT: 3:40PM DEPARTURE TIME (3:45PM AT LATEST) There will be a separate shuttle bus picking up guests from each of the hotels in our block (Hampton Inn & Suites Robbinsville and Courtyard Hamilton). It is roughly a 20 minute ride from both hotels. Note, if you are staying at a different hotel outside of our block, there are Ubers and other car services available. If you are unsure how to get to the venue, please contact Sara ASAP. *Please also note, if you did not select "yes" on your RSVP for requiring a ride, we may not have room for you on our shuttles. However, we will try our absolute best to accommodate you! Shuttles will be awaiting guests for their return to the hotels at 10:00PM at the end of the reception.

Hampton Inn & Suites Robbinsville

The cutoff to book a room for the Hampton Inn & Suites Robbinsville is Wednesday, June 15, 2022, so please be sure to book your room before then! We have 10 rooms available in our block for Friday, July 15th, the night before our wedding and 20 rooms available Saturday, July 16th. To book a room in our block for the discounted rate, click the View button, and once on the Hilton website, click the Special Rates button. Enter the code PPW in the Group Code box, then hit Update.
