Question

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. Please dress accordingly. If it rains, the ceremony will take place inside.

When does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45.

Where is the reception held at?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, Whispering Hollow Estate.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, the reception will be adult only.

Should I have a designated driver?

Answer

It is not necessary, as we will provide a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and from the venue back to the hotel. There will be a couple departure times throughout the reception if you choose to leave early.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you do not wish to take the shuttle to and from the venue, there is ample parking at the venue. You may also choose to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight and shuttle back to the hotel at the end of the reception, if needed. You will be responsible for picking up your car the next day.

Can I still take the shuttle if I am not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, you may still choose to ride the shuttle to and from the venue if you are not staying at the hotel. You may park your car at the hotel and drive home once the shuttle drops you back off at the hotel. The hotel is aware that some wedding guests may choose to do this.

What time are the shuttle departures?

Answer

The shuttle will pick guests up from the hotel at 2:45 to take them to the ceremony. The first departure from the reception will occur at 9:15. The second shuttle departure will occur at 10:15.
