DO I HAVE TO BOOK THROUGH THE ROOM BLOCK?
Answer
Yes, please only book through the room block if you're attending the wedding. Please check the "travel" tab, for all the necessary info needed to book your stay.

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY STAY BY A CERTAIN DATE?
Answer
Yes, you must book your stay by February 3rd, 2025.

CAN I STAY AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL?
Answer
While we understand guests may want to consider other resorts within the area, we highly suggest that all guests stay on the Secrets Akumal property. Not only is there a per/day resort fee for outside guests entering the property, we also do not want you to miss out on any events or hanging out with family and friends!

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS I HAVE TO STAY?
Answer
Yes, guests are required to stay at Secrets Akumal for a minimum of 3 nights.

IS SECRETS AKUMAL RIVIERA MAYA AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT?
Answer
Yes, the resort is all inclusive. This includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions.

WHAT AIRPORT DO I FLY INTO?
Answer
Cancun International Airport. Transfers to and from the airport/resort will be available to purchase when booking your stay through our VIP Vacations.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Answer
Yes you will need a passport. If you do not currently have a passport please give yourself ample time to get one. The process can take a few months. If your passport expires within 6 months of your travel date you will also need to get this renewed prior to traveling.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
While we love all of your littles, we would love for you to have the opportunity to sit back and relax for a few days! The resort is 18+, and children under 18 are not allowed on the premisis.
