Pick up for all out of town guests from the airport can be coordinated. Just let the bride and/or groom know when you are arriving.
Hotel
When you book your hotel room, use the code or the link for our specific group. There is a group discount rate offered 3 days leading up to the wedding and 3 days after. Book rooms by August 1 as we will lose our rooms that aren't booked by a month before the wedding. The discounted rates are: Bedroom King Suite--$139.00 2 Bedroom king / king suite -- $159.00. There is continental breakfast in the mornings from 7-10, and each room includes a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, L-shaped sofa couch that pulls out to a Queen sofa sleeper, 2 TVs and a separate King bed guestroom with its own bathroom and shower. A shuttle will be available from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night.
