We have blocks with preferred rates for the Westin and the DoubleTree. Rooms in the blocks are limited. Rates will be available until September 1, 2024. Shuttles will be departing separately from the Westin and the Hyatt Regency promptly at 4:45pm. If you are staying at the DoubleTree, the Westin is a short walk away. If you plan to take the shuttle, please arrive 10 minutes before departure. You are also welcome to drive to the venue (there is a parking lot available) or take a Lyft/Uber/Taxi.

Newark is the closest airport to Jersey City and the weekend's festivities (~25 mins by car). Other options include: JFK and LaGuardia (~1 hr by car).
