Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest to Winchester, VA and is about 1 hr drive. We recommend flying in and out of IAD. We also recommend getting a rental car for your drive to and from Winchester. Transportation will only be provided from the hotel to the reception venue and back. Please see the rental car section for recommendations. The other airports are Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), about 1 hour & 30 minutes, and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), about 2 hours from Winchester, VA.

We have a room block at the Courtyard Winchester Medical Center hotel (use link below!), which is 6-7 minutes from the venue and church. Shuttle
Shuttle from the Courtyard Hotel to the Reception
May 31, 2025 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
There will be a shuttle available to take guests from the hotel to the venue at 3pm and 3:20pm. We encourage guests to drive to the church and back to the hotel to park your car and ride the shuttle, if you plan to drink! There will be another shuttle available at the end of the night at 10:30pm and 11pm to take guests back to the hotel. If you don't plan to drink, feel free to drive to the venue!
