Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly Invite only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear floor length dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a tuxedo. We are asking that all guest wear all black.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The address (283 College Dr, 32065) plugged into your GPS brings you to the campus of St Johns River State College. Once you turn in, just keep coming straight back (the Thrasher-Horne Center is the tallest building on the campus, and sits at the very rear). You will continue to follow signs for the “Thrasher-Horne Conference Center,” and will turn into the parking lot (at tall feather flag that reads “CONFERENCE CENTER.”)

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The deadline to RSVP will be June 30, 2023. You can RSVP online.

There will be an cash bar and food will also be served. There will be vegan options as well.

Flowers can be taken home but not any of the glassware that they will be in

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #vibinwiththeroberts and #50shadesofgreen so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
