When do I RSVP?

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are wanting to keep the wedding as adult only as possible to encourage parents to let loose and have fun! As of now, the only children in attendance will be the ring bearer and flowerchild.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

When you go to the RSVP page online, it will note whether or not you were allotted a plus one. We are limiting additional guests to ensure we are celebrating with our closest friends and family. If there is someone you would really like to bring, please reach out to us far in advance from the wedding date. Please do not just show up with them as there will not be extra seating for unexpected guests.

My noted guest can't come, can I bring someone else instead?

Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.

How is parking?

Answer

There is a large self-parking lot at the venue; however, if you plan to enjoy some adult drinks with us, please consider using a rideshare service like Lyft or Uber.

What’s the bar situation?

Answer

We are happy to provide an open bar at the venue. We do recommend bringing some cash though to tip the bartender.

What if my RSVP status changes?

Answer

If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, PLEASE notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at contact@gardeniawed.com. It’s extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.
