The hotel has a renowned brunch offered every Sunday. Guests are welcome to go to the brunch, it is $50 per person and is hosted at the hotel each week. Wedding Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

This event is semi-formal attire. For those wearing heels, please plan accordingly, our ceremony will be on the lower lawn. Bring a jacket or shawl just in case!
Ceremony will be held on the lower lawn overlooking the Long Island Sound. Please plan for phones to be on vibrate and put away during the ceremony. We have planned a designated photo opportunity at the end of the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail hour will feature beer and wine open bar, flatbreads, fresh fruit and cheese, vegetable crudités, and passed hors d’oeuvres. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the lower terrace at Water's Edge Resort & Spa.

Introducing, Mr. & Mrs. Nicholas Sanborn First dance Family speeches Champagne toast Dinner will be served around 7:00 PM, with salad course to start. Entree options as follows: Beef - Grilled Filet Mignon Chicken - Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast Veggie - Roasted Spaghetti Squash Noodles Dancing and merriment Cake cutting Reception will feature 3.5 hour beer and wine open bar as well as soft drinks and fresh coffee and tea. Reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom. *Don't forget to fill in the back of the RSVP with your song requests for our DJ with your RSVP!*
