We Finally say i do! September 5th, 2020

We were invited to the same Halloween party through mutual friends. Nick was in a onesie Scooby Doo costume while I was dressed as the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. We gazed at each other from across the room, frequently catching one another smiling. Nick finally mustered up the courage to come over and start up a conversation. As the night grew on we both could tell, without saying anything to one another, that there was something special in the air. We laughed and joked all night on the back patio and watched the sun come up wrapped up in a blanket. Nick escorted me back to my car where he asked for my number and that's when we shared our first kiss. That day seems so long ago and we've shared so many unforgettable memories since. We started out renting a trailer in the country with his brother as a roommate. When we saved up enough money, we decided to move into town and purchase our first home together. "What is a home without a dog?" we said, as we went out and got a crazy pup named Milo. We've been living and updating this house for a little over 3 years now while spreading our wings and traveling to various places. We went on a cruise back in February of 2019 and while we were in Havana, Cuba Nick got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. As you can see I said "yes"! We're truly partners in crime and look forward to spending forever together. A Bonny and Clyde love story, without the tragic ending :). Glad I get to say "I do" to Scooby Doo!
