The wedding is formal attire (not black tie). The welcome event is cocktail attire (jacket, no tie). The brunch is casual attire (whatever you are wearing on the trip home).
The health and safety of our guests is our utmost priority. Per local guidelines, we must ask all guests who plan on attending wedding festivities to email proof of full vaccination (both vaccines + the booster) to vaccine.submission.June2022@gmail.com by May 18, 2022. In the case that you are not vaccinated, please know how much we will miss you but that we look forward to celebrating in the future!
Please arrive at the ceremony no later than 3:45pm, as we will start promptly at 4:00.
We recommend booking your hotel rooms as soon as possible! There are a limited number of rooms in our hotel block.
There are ample Ubers available. It is a 12-minute ride from Ginger Man to The Hyatt.
The shuttle pickup and drop-off location is at the BACK of the hotel. If you decide you want to glam up for the wedding weekend, there is a beauty salon called Hopscoth located inside the Hyatt. They are open from ~8:00am - 7:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and offer a series of hair styling and skin care services. Yes! There will be valet parking in the parking lot at Indian Harbor just steps from the ceremony and reception.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
