We met the summer of 2014 through mutual friends. Instantly we hit it off, and hung out a lot. Garrett then moved to Missouri for school. We kept in touch, and eventually started a long distance relationship. Who would’ve known, it would be been the best decision ever! We’ve been together 8 years, and we can’t wait to finally get married!

Garrett and I went to Julian to celebrate our anniversary. Garrett took me to William Heise park, a place he used to go as a kid. We went on a nice hike, and explored. It was absolutely beautiful. We were the only ones there. About a mile into our hike Garrett got down on one knee, and proposed. It was just the two of us, and it was absolutely perfect! I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. I was so happy, he was so happy! Then I stood there in the beautiful woods, and screamed as loud as I could! ❤️
