BUS TRANSPORTATION FOR HOTEL GUESTS

There will be 3 busses available for hotel guests to transport you to to our venue. The busses will arrive at the Hampton Inn York hotel at 3:15 p.m., 3:20 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
CEREMONY
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will be outside, weather permitting. If there is inclement weather, we will move the ceremony inside.
COCKTAIL HOUR
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Please join us for cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
RECEPTION
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Please join us dinner, drinks and dancing from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. We will serve a plated dinner, please specify on your RSVP if you have dietary restrictions.

There will be 3 buses available for hotel guests to transport you back to our hotel. Two buses will arrive at 9:30 p.m. and the last will be at 9:45 p.m. for the bridal party and immediate family.
