We met for drinks on Chophouse Row in November 2015. Tracy was running 15 minutes late as Sam patiently waited outside the restaurant. Once we stepped into the restaurant, conversation flowed - drinks turned into dinner, and dinner turned into dessert. Next thing we knew, we had spent 3 hours with each other and were eager to plan our next date.

Sam and Tracy had made a promise to always watch the Bachelor together, and it had become one of their favorite activities during quarantine. Sam had planned a surprise proposal and told Tracy that he was going out of town fishing with his friends and Buck. Everything was going smoothly: the AirBnB was secured, Tracy's friends had planned a 'housewarming/girl's night' with her, and Bachelor cardboard cutouts were printed. The only thing left was getting Tracy to the AirBnB, but he had forgotten that Tracy often runs 15 minutes late. Sam paced cardboard cutouts of past Bachelor leads as Tracy wandered around QFC picking up flowers for her friend's 'housewarming'. Eventually, Tracy arrived and asked her friends for a house tour, and once she stepped in she saw Sam with Chris Harrison (or some would know him as Ryan Robinson), in a suit with a red rose - the rest is history!
