Sam and Nancy met through a game called Pokemon Unite. Crazy right? Nancy wanted to get better at the game, so she searched on YouTube and found streamers associated with the game. She first followed a streamer named Phil Youmuus and through him, she found Sam and decided to watch him due to his position in Unite. She joined his discord and was active on his streams through chat. Days later, she saw a DM on discord from Sam saying, "Nice pfp (mind you she had a Squirtle picture)." The rest became history all because of their shared love for Squirtle.
