oAll guests must check in at welcome table placed outside the entrance o All guests will be asked to sanitize their hands and exposed arms up just pass their elbows o Guests will be asked to complete a simple health survey o Names and phone numbers will be collected for the use of contact tracing if needed o Guests will be temperature checked upon arrival using noninvasive laser technology. Any guest with a temperature above 100.4 will not be allowed in attendance o NO Buffets or self-service food stations of any kind will be allowed at events until further notice. o Service items which are traditionally communal (salt & pepper, cream & sugar) will be individually packaged per guest o A maximum of 6 guests will be seated at each table. This not only encourages physical distancing for your guests, but also allows for comfortable spacing for our staff to serve your guests
o Staff are required to stay home if sick. o Upon arrival ALL staff MUST first check in at the welcome table set outside o All staff will wear masks inside the venue and cocktail area at ALL times o Staff must leave all personal items locked securely in their cars. Nonessential personal items will not be allowed in he building o Cell phones are notorious for germs. The use of cell phones inside venues are prohibited (except by management where business communication is required) o There will be NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed by staff at any time/anywhere through the event. o All employees will wear disposable gloves at all times • Gloves will be changed regularly • All service locations will have hand sanitizer and additional gloves available. o All service items will be sanitized o The dining room will remain as sterile as possible until guests are allowed to enter o Routine sanitizing of all surfaces both in the front and back of the house will take place every 30 minutes
-The church is set up with pews roped off to help maintain social distancing -Masks are encouraged, but not required. -Before and after the ceremony, the entirety of the church will be sanitized.
