If you have questions, we have answers.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional We would love to see you dressed up with us! For the ladies, a formal dress, preferably full-length. For the men, if you have a tuxedo, now's the time... if not, please opt for dark-colored suits.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony Mass starts at 2:00 PM. It will take a minute to get seated and settled, so please arrive at the church 15-30 minutes early.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are at capacity with our reception venue, which means we are only able to accommodate those individuals listed on your formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What about the kids?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding to an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

No. Please stay at any accommodation in downtown Kansas City that works for you. The Reller and Owings families will be staying at the Loews Hotel and would love to have you join us there! Check out the “Places to Stay” tab for a few other hotel recommendations nearby.

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

There are a few hours between the end of our wedding ceremony and the start of cocktail hour! Use this time as you please: freshen up at the hotel or grab a drink with some friends! Luckily, the reception venue is close to so many great places to eat and drink in the Crossroads district. Check out the "Things To Do" page for Sam and Kennedy's favorites!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at both! But if you're drinking, please don't drive. Ubers and Lyfts are easily available.
