Should I be Concerned about the Altitude?

Answer

The wedding venue sits at 8,250 feet above sea level. For guests arriving from lower elevation, it might be a good idea to arrive in town at least 24 hours prior to the events to acclimate to the altitude. Remember to drink lots of water and rest when needed. Additionally, higher altitude can heighten your response to alcohol, so please drink responsibly.

When should I book my room?

Please book your accommodations at Mt Princeton as soon as possible. The room block and group rate are valid through July 10th.

Are there other places to stay than the resort?

Answer

Yes! This area has great options on VRBO, and Airbnb. The nearby towns of Salida and Buena Vista have plenty of hotel and motel options as well.

While we suggest jewel tones, it is equally important to us that you feel comfortable and true to your personal style. We want you to embrace an outfit that makes you feel confident, at ease, and ready to celebrate with us.
