Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our friends and family to dress up with us! We're requesting cocktail attire. Please note: If you're considering heels, just make sure they're fairly stable as there may be uneven surfaces outdoors.

Is it an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

As the wedding is November 4th, we can't predict what the weather will bring. If the rain can hold, we'd love to have the ceremony and part of the reception outside, but if that's not possible there's plenty of space inside for everyone. That said, we do recommend you prepare for fall temperatures.

Where is the venue?

Answer

Our venue is located just outside of Hood River, Oregon at the "Crag Rat Hut." It is about an hour away from the Portland airport. The address is: 960 Crag Rat Rd Hood River, OR 97031 Let us know if you need additional help with directions.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking just outside the venue's entrance. Please note: Cars may be left in the parking lot at the venue overnight (so don't stress if you have one too many and aren't sure about driving - better to be on the safe side!). However, all cars must be off the property by 9:00am the following morning.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue has limited capacity; therefore, we are only able to accommodate those we've named on the invitations. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love the kids in our families, our venue is not set up for children. Thank you for your understanding!!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d like to have an "unplugged ceremony." We've worked very hard to find a photographer that will do a great job capturing our special moment, and we'd prefer for our guests to be in the moment with us with phones and cameras put away. Feel free to pull that phone or camera back out for the reception, though!
