I knew Colton was trying to plan a proposal so we had talked about it and made jokes about how he might ask. One stipulation I had was I wanted pictures, hence someone probably had to be there. We joked one night when I had a friend over that she should have her camera ready when Colton got home. That's when we decided it was the perfect night and found a beautiful location by the Mississippi River with our fur babies. It was absolutely magical and we celebrated by having a drink at our local bar Duffy's.

We both love the outdoors and after working in the industry in the cities I was looking for a change of scenery. We hope you join us for our cozy winter get away and that you can explore the mountains and try our favorite moonshine!
