We expect guests to arrive between 4pm-6pm. The arrival time is loose so as to avoid a jam waiting for the shuttle. There will be a shuttle service (8 passengers per trip) that will transport guests half a mile up the mountain road from the parking area to the venue. Shuttle service will run from 3pm-11pm. After 11pm the half mile road can be traveled by personal vehicle and by foot.
Yes. Guests are instructed to park at the lower ranch and a shuttle will transport guests up the hill to the upper ranch where the party will take place.
Regarding attire: the day will likely be warm and a majority of the venue is outdoors on dirt and concrete so comfort should be your guiding light when choosing your outfit. That being said, it is a funky ranch party, so think Soul Train-meets-Laurel Canyon-meets-Country! As a bonus, bring swimwear and a towel if you want to haul off into the pool! Please be aware that there will be NO lifeguard on duty.
Instead of a traditional registry, we've opted to start a cash fund toward a trip to South Africa through Honeyfund. Please follow links for "Honeyfund" on the registry page or you can go directly to the fund here: https://www.honeyfund.com/wedding/mcadam-bardwell-06-04-2022
Camping is an option! The price is $25 per tent. Spots at the upper ranch are limited so if you're interested, please contact Sam or Amanda directly and as soon as possible.
