Please RSVP by Saturday September 14, 2024. This allows us ample time to let our caterer and venue know the exact number of those who will be coming to celebrate with us.
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope that with this advanced notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having a night off!
We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Amazon, Target, and Honeyfund! Please check out our registry page here on the website to see what we still need <3
Ideally, guests should schedule time to arrive 30 minutes before the invitation start time of the ceremony. If you arrived after the ceremony commences, please slip into the back row or wait for the coordinator or usher to guide you to the seat.
Yes. The dress code is Semi- Formal attire. This means for men you should be sporting a suit and tie. Men, if you have nice looking cowboy boots you would like to wear, please feel free. Tony and the groomsmen will be wearing them as well. If you do decided to wear boots: make sure they are polished and free of scuffs and dirt. Do not wear your work boots. Ladies please wear something nice that you feel comfortable in. We are perfectly fine with whatever is currently in style as long as it is appropriate for the dress code.
If your invitation did not specify with a "and Guest." You have not been allotted a plus one.
There is plenty of parking at Westwind Hills. If you are need a handicapped spot please let us know so we are able to tell the venue to keep that spot open and available for you!
There will not be transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony. Good news though! Uber is very aware of our venue and is very accommodating when picking people up from the venue. Also, if you need to leave your car there for the night, please do. Westwind Hills will not tow you out of the lot as long as you retrieve your car in the morning. Please be responsible.
After the ceremony, guests can head straight out to the veranda where there will be beverages served for cocktail hour.
Yes! We have a block of hotel rooms at the Wildwood Inn! Please call the front desk and ask for the Hobson/Ehrhardt block and they will help you from there.
