Is there a dress code?

This is a semi-formal wedding, think "Sunday Best"! Ladies may wear a dress, skirt, or nice pantsuit. Gentleman may wear a button up or sport coat, tie optional. You'll look great!

Where can I park?

Answer

There’s plenty of free parking at the Church For the reception, you are able to park for free (and overnight if you would like) at the Wheeler Lot at Copper Mountain. From the Church: Join I-70 W towards Vail Take exit 195 Right onto Copper Rd Left onto Golf Course Dr Right onto Wheeler Cir Parking lot will be on your left with plenty of signs! Put 102 Wheeler Cir into your GPS to get close!

Will there be transportation to and from the Ceremony and Reception?

We ask that you find your own ride, Copper Mountain is about 15 minutes from the Church

What can I expect from a brunch wedding?

Answer

Prepare yourself for beer, wine, and mimosas! We will be serving brunch style food, with some dancing and plenty of yard games.

Are there any planned activities directly after the reception?

Answer

Check out our “Things to Do” tab, Copper has plenty of bars and restaurants that’ll be open the night of the reception. Friday-Sunday Copper is also hosting a free music festival, “Union Peak Music Festival”! It takes place in Center Village, walking distance from the reception!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be starting promptly at 10am, plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to the Church

Is the ceremony a full mass?

Answer

It is not! But, Sean Stover will be attending mass at 8:00am before the wedding, if you would like to join him!
