What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you’re invitation says “and guest” then absolutely! Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, so bring them along if you’d like! Our reception will be a big party, so if you are uncomfortable with your babies there then that is fine. Please let us know on your RSVP!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception are at the same venue, and there is plenty of parking out front.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors in the chapel. Our reception is inside as well with space to hang out outside!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony so we ask that you don’t take pictures or videos during the ceremony. You are welcome to take as many pictures at the reception that you want! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MakingaMcLain so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Answer

Yes! There will be a open bar that will have a few different drink options.
