Hello everyone! I’m Danielle, and I have a deep passion for medicine, research, gymnastics, dance, plants, and of course, puppies. I’m an anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician by profession. Sailaja and I first met in eighth grade during a theater class, and from that moment on, we’ve been inseparable. Over the past 18 years, we’ve navigated everything together—school, extracurriculars, boy drama, and countless other adventures. Sailaja was the most amazing Co-Maid of Honor at my wedding last year, and it’s truly an honor and joy to now be standing by her side as her Co-Maid of Honor. I couldn’t be more excited for the next chapter as she and Pavan begin their journey together. Wishing them a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless happiness!

Hey everyone! I met Sailaja in 10th grade after I moved to East Brunswick. I was very introverted and didn’t know many people in the new school and Sailaja immediately welcomed me. I am very lucky to have Sailaja in my life and grateful that we’ve been able to continue being close after I moved across the country after college. I am so happy Sailaja and Pavan have found each other and I am looking forward to celebrating the two of them!

Hello! My name is Taran and I am glad to have reconnected with Sailaja during our college years. I am presently a law student at Rutgers University. Sailaja is one of my best and closest friends and I hope I’m fortunate enough for that to remain the case for many decades ahead. I do not know of a greater gift giver and she is extremely supportive. It’s a blessing to be her friend- it really is. I am so happy for Sailaja and Pavan! I wish that their shared life journey is filled with so much joy and happiness. :)

I am a public health research analyst and I love music, movies, fashion, and food. Sailaja and I went to the same middle school once upon a time, but never crossed paths. She did sit next to me one day in Psych 101 at Rutgers, however, and we became fast friends. I am so lucky to have had a 13+ year friendship with Sailaja, having bonded over our shared Telugu culture, passion for social justice and human rights, and sushi! Few are as lovely, caring, and invested in friendships as she is, and I am thrilled to be celebrating her special day!

Hi Everyone! My name is Smita and I work as a pharmacist in the hospital and retail settings. In my spare time, I enjoy many different activities including attending concerts/music festivals, trying new food, and solo travel. I first met Sailaja back in our freshman year in college at Rutgers University. We met after I decided to act upon a sudden impulse of extraversion and randomly asked her to sit with me in the dining hall. It must have been the universe speaking to me, because she has become one of my closest friends ever since then. It has been such an amazing experience watching Pavan and Sailaja’s relationship grow throughout the years, and I am so ecstatic to get the chance to help them celebrate their love.

Hi! I’m Amreeta Choudhury! I’m a Professor, Dancer, Wife and the mom to Baby Ariana and Puppy Abby who have the greatest Sailaja Massi in the world! I met Sailaja through a podcast we worked on together. We are both Virgos who love our pink and dancing our butts off to Taylor Swift! Though our friendship is comparatively new, it feels like I have known her for much longer. I love the way we communicate and always think of each other. We can pick up where we left off even if it has been a few days. We always have a fun time and in general we can talk about anything going on in our lives and in the world. Pavan is also such a great person who has been to all the birthday parties and best memories and the babies love him too! We are so excited to celebrate Sailaja and Pavan!

Hi Everyone, I’m Jasmine! I’m a 2nd grade teacher by day and mom by night to my two obsessions: Aiden and Austin! Sailaja and I met about three years ago through a beautiful facebook group called Little Brown Diary. We started talking and hit it off pretty quickly. We joined forces to create a traditional dance for our friend Salma’s wedding and now, here we are doing the same at Sailaja’s! Sailaja is one of the most caring, sweetest, and loving people I know. We became family from the very beginning of our friendship. She is Sailaja Chechi for my son, Aiden and continues to be a huge part of Austin’s life since he was born. I am so grateful and thankful to have such an amazing person in my life that I can care for and know that she cares for me the same! I am super excited to be dancing the night away with this beautiful princess on her special day!

I am a music educator, violinist, LesMills fitness instructor and dog mother. Sailaja and I met when we were in eighth grade at Churchill Junior High School. We would do what most eighth grade kids do which was go to the movies, shop and have sleepovers with our friend Danielle. The three of us were pretty tight and enjoyed each other’s company. During our high school years which for us was tenth through twelfth grade, we didn’t see much of each other due to conflicting schedules and activities. We always remained friendly and I was always happy to see her on the rare occasions that I did. We reconnected after college through social media. It was such an amazing thing to be able to do. I’m grateful to have a friend that is as loyal, humorous and intellectual as Sailaja.

Hi everyone! My name is Rachana and I am a healthcare consultant in San Francisco. I’ve known Sailaja basically my whole life because our dads have been friends forever! We stayed in touch on and off throughout the years after I moved to India, but we had the chance to actually reconnect when I returned to the US for college. I’m so proud and grateful to have this lifelong friendship with Sailaja, who is my Telugu sister and one of the most generous, kind and intelligent people I know. Sailaja, even though I miss you a lot on the opposite coast, I always look forward to our catch ups because it reminds me of home :) I’m so happy for Sailaja and Pavan, and SUPER excited to celebrate with them in May!!

Hi everyone! I’m Salma, dog mom, cat mom, and plant enthusiast. Sailaja and I met almost three years right before my wedding, where she and Jasmine made me feel so loved and cared about. I’m so thankful to have a friend like Sailaja in my life! She made the effort to visit me twice after I moved to Chicago and it was so nice to have a little piece of home for a little while.
