While we love kids, we ask that you politely respect our wishes and let the little ones get to bed early on our special day. There will be a few that are immediate family and are at an age where they can be left unattended on the property, but if your child is not named on the invitation or available to be confirmed on the RSVP page, we would like to celebrate with them on another day. We are inviting YOU to come and celebrate with us, let loose, and have a parents night out. We understand that this can be logistically challenging for some, it is our hope that with several months notice, you will have plenty of time to plan and prepare by making other arrangements. Many of you have had your perfect wedding and allowed us to be a part of it, thank you in advance for helping our vision come to life, with you in it! =) Some solutions we have already brainstormed: -Hotel/Air BnB with a friend/nanny. Placerville has a ton of cute AirBnbs and the hotel in El Dorado Hills Town Center is right in the middle of a ton of shops with plenty to do for kids and adults. -Park a small RV/trailer on the grounds and have a family member hang out while you enjoy the ceremony and reception. RVs/trailers are allowed to stay overnight until noon on Sunday but there are no hookups provided.
When you go to the RSVP page any guest or family member that is invited should be listed by name and you can RSVP on their behalf. If they aren't listed or you have questions, please reach out to Sadie & Tucker.
Ride share to the venue should be a breeze from the El Dorado Hills Town Center. However, Service is spotty and drivers are limited leaving the venue. We will have some family friends with high schoolers driving for tips, but the wait may be long depending on how many people choose to utilize this. Please plan accordingly and make a safe decision!
There is plenty of parking on-site! The venue owners said leaving a car overnight or even bringing a small RV to crash in is totally fine, there's just no hook ups available.
We will provide one white wine and one red wine along with a few beer and seltzer options. There will be two signature cocktails and basic well drinks served. The bar will remain open most of the evening!
Unfortunately, our caterer is not able to make specific requests. For specific allergies, ask the staff on site what is in the item or please plan ahead.
The Ceremony will begin at 4pm, please be there by 3:45pm so we can start things on time and so you arent the person awkwardly sneaking in the back and kicking up dust driving down the gravel road. We will email/message everyone as the day approaches with other details as needed.
There is a sound ordinance that begins at 10pm so the doors will need to close and the music turned down. From there we have the property until about midnight so feel free to hang out for a while after, just be respectful of the space and get home safe!
Feel free to reach out to us up until 1 week ahead of time! Once we are only a few days away, please reach out to our coordinator, a family member or another friend who might have the answer.
