These Amazing People have been the best of Friends to Us, and we want to share a little bit about them with you!

Tiffany Johnson

Maid of Honor

Tiffany and Melanie met when they were 2 & 3 years old at Dance Connection Dance Studio in Salem, NH. They've been BEST FRIENDS, Blondie&Brownie, Tiffania&Melania for 28 years by the time of the Wedding. Mel and Tiff have traveled around the world together (Florida, Grand Cayman Islands, Paris, Italy, Aruba, Hawaii and smaller trips to Boston and New York City) through the years. Tiffany's Family has become a 2nd Family to Mel. They've spent days/weeks together making memories. SO many memories to count; from Beach days and birthday parties in Salem or Seabrook to Birthdays and Celebrations out in Boston and Beyond. It's truly a special friendship. Mel cannot wait for TKJ to stand by her side as her MOH on her Big Day 9.17.22!! Tiff is an expert party planner too! Good to have in a BFF!

Jessica Bibeault

Jessica and Melanie met in 2012 at one of their favorite places; Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine. They were both volunteering in the Tot-Lot with 3-5 year olds; So naturally they started talking on rocking chairs. Little did they know what a friendship they would form. They've created countless memories through the years from Camp Sessions, to Night's Out in Gillette Stadium and many celebrations and gatherings with their group of sunshine friends. Most recently memories have been made on double date days/weekends away with her husband Andrew and Jonathan. Melanie was the Maid of Honor in her wedding in 2020. Mel and Jess have had countless sleepovers, laughs and heart to hearts. A sweet and fun friendship that Mel Cherishes so much! Mel can't wait for Jess to stand next to her, as she did.

Kaitlin Eisnor

Bridesmaid

Melanie and Kaitlin met in 2011 at Camp Sunshine. Melanie was Kaitlin's Camp Counselor, they bonded right away, it was both their first times at Camp. From that moment on Melanie spent many weekends through the years at the Eisnor's, Making memories with Kaitlin and her family. Melanie has spent Easter with them and has attended many events with the Family. Melanie has been Kaitlin's stand in for Gymnastics/has attended her games when she was a cheerleader. Melanie has spent summer days pool livin' at the Eisnors, has made countless memories and many laughs with Kaitlin. Melanie/Jbar made a trip to visit the Eisnor's because they are that important to Mel she needed them to meet. Kaitlin has a special place in Mel's heart and can't wait to have her special day with Kaitlin by her side.

Adrienne Ross

Adrienne and Melanie met in 2010 at Keene State College as Members/Leaders of a Community Service Club on Campus called Circle K. Mel/Adrienne planned/attended many events together in their 3 years as a part of this group together. Mel & Adrienne became closer friends while Volunteering at Camp Sunshine in Maine, so they often call each-other "sunshine friends" rather than "keene friends". Mel & Adrienne have spent the years post college graduation making memories with Jess & Kaitlin from Camp and have continued to bond over good causes/Fun Nights out celebrating birthdays/holidays w/ other sunshine friends/families and many sleepovers/heart to heart conversations through the years. Mel did a slam poem for Adrienne on her wedding day and cannot wait to have Adrienne by her side for hers.

Allison Deyo

Allison was Melanie's first friend (literally) when she moved to Cape in 2015. Allison was leading the Group where M&J initially met. Ally & Mel have made countless memories & lived a lot of life through many seasons (both literally, physically + spiritually) together over 7 years. M & A have a really special friendship that picks up right where it left off. They've had so many fun memories from meal/coffee/tea dates, beach days, girls nights, + many other times together through it all. Mel & Ally have laughed a lot in their friendship + this is valuable to have in a friend. M & A have enjoyed many walks w/ her Dog Elliot on Surf Drive Beach. Mel is excited to have Allison by her side on her wedding day (if mission allows). Regardless; Mel Cherishes Allison's Friendship so very much!

Elvira Ferrer

Mel and Elvira met first during a case they were both on at work (Mel was the Family Advocate, Elvira was the Detective Assigned to the Case). They were both at the same Church (the Church M&J met at). One Sunday sitting by the Coffee Shop at Church (Naturally), they thought they recognized each other & finally figured it out. They were in court together a few days in a row after that Church Service & they talked ALOT while waiting for the case to be resolved. They became the best of friends, the rest is history. M&E have countless memories. Some fav's = Girls Nights with Mango Secco from TJ's, Seasonal Treats, Crafting, & Traveling to Hershey, PA for a Christian Music Festival. They have a beautiful & faithful friendship. Mel can't wait to have Elvira next to her on her BIG day in 2022!

Dani Donahue

Bridesmaid

Melanie and Dani met at Harbor Church on Cape Cod. They have formed a deeper friendship over the years and Melanie has become a part of the Donahue Crew (Dani's Family) over the past 2 years. Mel became the Roomie and Lives in the Tidepool Bungalow (Mel's Room). Dani's kids have stolen Mel's heart (they are Ring Bearer/Flower Girl for the wedding). Her husband Rich & Jonathan have become good friends. Mel and Dani have many late night talks/Saturday Morning moments, Cookie making, Crafting, Movie Nights, Wine/Fancy Drink nights and a fun friendship that Mel cherishes so much. Mel and Dani have countless memories with mutual friends and Dani and Rich were instrumental in Jonathan pulling off the surprise engagement on the beach. Mel is thrilled to have Dani by her side on her wedding day!

Katie Sanborn

Mel and Katie met playing softball on Cape Cod in the Dennis Women's League! They were known as the dynamic duo in the hot corner as Mel played 3rd Base and Katie Played Short Stop. Through a series of events in 2016, Mel and Katie were "Bonded for Life". Mel and Katie have created countless memories on Cape Cod. Katie is from NY and her family has cottages on Cape. Mel has taken many days off work to play "tourist" with Katie & her family for summer vacation + has become one of the crew, they feel like family to her. Mel and Katie have walked through so much together miles apart and have had many long distance phone calls. They pick up right where they left off. Mel found it crucial to introduce Jonathan to Katie and her family and couldn't picture not having Katie by her side in 2022!

Zach Gaumond

Best Man

Jonthan's Best Friend. Met at Cape Cod Church years ago and have stayed friends since. Zach's son Fletcher idolizes Jonathan and will be a ring bearer for the big day. His daughter Arrow will be a flower girl. His wife Marissa has become good friends with Melanie and they've had some great times by the fire, out to dinner, and to the girls dismay working on countless outrageous (but fun to them) projects, most notably, the Dune Buggy and Boat. The best guy to be by Jonathan's side!
