We've reserved room blocks at two hotels very close to the Skirball (The Luxe and The Angeleno). We've also reserved room blocks at a few hotels in Westwood and Santa Monica. The Skirball is a short drive from many other neighborhoods in West LA, including Century City and Culver City.
You have the option of coming in on Friday or Saturday and hotel blocks will be reserved through Monday. Please note there are no formal events planned for Friday, but you are welcome to come in early to explore LA! And, if your schedule permits, we highly recommend spending a few days exploring LA, visiting Disneyland or tacking on a trip to Santa Barbara or San Diego. One additional note: If you intend to visit LA prior to our wedding, please be aware that Sunday, February 13th is the Super Bowl in Los Angeles. There is very limited hotel availability in LA for that weekend.
We're encouraging guests to wear formal attire. https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire Tuxes and gowns are more than welcome, but so are suits and cocktail attire if that's what you're most comfortable in! We're so excited to be with all of you so what matters most is that you are comfortable and ready to celebrate! The weather in LA can sometimes be cool in February so we also recommend checking the weather when preparing your attire for the weekend.
