Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The weather can get chilly at night, a coat is strongly recommended.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and guest", then yes. If not, we prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids. However, we decided to make this an adult only celebration. I hope you understand.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Think knee/midi/maxi length dresses for women and suit with tie optional for men.

Where should I park? Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Due to limiting parking at the venue, there will be a shuttle going from The Village at Mammoth Hotel to the venue. Shuttle schedule TBD.
