Stunning views, delicious food and incredible wines... what more could you want? This is the perfect stop on a wine tour for lunch. We highly recommend the sourdough focaccia and the burrata, but you can't go wrong. They offer a variety of wine tastings for $30 per person. We highly suggest that you make a reservation in advance.
Epoch estate has an incredibly rich history and is built upon one of the oldest vineyards in the country. They have the best rosé we've ever tasted! It's a bit of a drive from Paso (about 20 minutes), so it's the perfect starting point for a day of wine tasting. Reservations are required!
Tin City is one of the coolest places we've ever been to. It's like an outdoor mall full of tasting rooms, breweries and specialty olive oils. There are over 25 tasting rooms to chose from and each of them have a unique take on wine making. We recommend Levo, Benom, Powell Mountain Cellars and BarrelBrewing Co, but you can't go wrong here.
The Alchemists' Garden is a special little cocktail bar & restaurant in the heart of Paso Robles. We highly recommend a stop here for fun drinks and delicious bites. The vegetable dishes are unreal. Nick doesn't particularly like mushrooms... but he loved the mushrooms here.
Slip into the 1920's and sip artisanal craft cocktails at this top-rated speakeasy. Inside is an intimate space that only accommodates 20 people at a time. They don't accept reservations, but it's worth the wait!
