Where do I park?

Answer

There is parking located on the property with ample parking.

Is there a place to keep a coat?

Answer

There will be coat check services on site. When you come through the main door take a right. Go past the main desk and it will be on your right.

Where do I enter?

Answer

Please enter through the main doors. If you need a handicaps entrance please enter the side of the building and through the Safari Room restaurant.

Can I arrive before 4:30pm?

Answer

Yes. If you arrive prior to the start of the ceremony you may go to the Safari Room and treat yourself to a drink at the bar!

Is there availability to stay at Ocean Cliff?

Answer

There is limited availability for the night of the wedding, Sunday March 24th. Please reach out to the front desk at 401-619-7925. You may also stay at Ocean Cliff 1 & 2 right on the property. Please see the where to stay section. If neither of these work for you there are many wonderful hotels right in Downtown Newport and will be just a short ride or Uber to the Ocean Cliff property.

Where do we go after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony you will make your way to the foyer, bar area and fireplace room for cocktail hour. The doors will be shut to the ballroom so that they can transform it from the ceremony space to the reception.

Is it open bar?

Beer and wine will be provided during cocktail hour. After that it will switch over to a cash bar.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Only children that are in the wedding party are allowed to the ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!
