Are kids invited?

We want our wedding to be your night off! Contact the women that raised us kids, Brenda McGill or Michele Hambrick for suggestions on how to make that a reality!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What do I wear? Men:

We know there are quite a few of you that fall under the category of Fine Casual Cowboy but please, no jeans. If you don't feel comfortable in a full suit, that's ok too- find your in between.

What do I wear? Women:

Casual Cocktail would be lovely. You may want to figure out how to keep cool in the afternoon but warm at night. We have faith in you all during this difficult wardrobe challenge!

What's the weather like in mid October?

Answer

The average high temperature on October 14th in Richmond is 71 degrees, and the average low is 49. Ignoring any chance of rain. Right now it looks like it's predicted to be a high of 81, low of 63, and mostly sunny!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP- we are dying to know! But at minimum 3 weeks before (that's September 23rd) would be helpful.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We should be ready to welcome your faces by 4:00 PM that day. We would like to get the show on the road by 4:30.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Everyone will need to head to the Valentine's parking lot on the 10th St side of the building. The parking attendant will give you a ticket for your car and direct you to the parking deck. There is also street parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are working on securing The Graduate's shuttle buses for guest who are staying there. Otherwise we recommend Uber.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We've done it for you! We worked very closely with our caterers to have something delicious for everyone to eat. Each dish will be labeled with all allergen, vegan, vegetarian, gf, etc. information.
