We met at the beginning of the COVID pandemic through a mutual friend. Our first date was supposed to be at a drive-in movie theatre but when we got there the line of cars went on for miles. So instead we decided to walk around Atlantic Station. At this point, it was getting late so almost everything was closed. We ended up sitting outside a Joseph A. Bank on a park bench where we talked for a few hours. It wasn't exactly the perfect first date but we both knew we wanted to see each other more!

After three and a half years of dating Trey got down on one knee and proposed at an apple orchard in North Georgia. It was a beautiful gray and rainy day but we got to have a wonderful private proposal. Afterward, we ate fried chicken and dumplings!
