It all started when Sarah and Sam were kicked out of a math class for laughing boisterously during their freshman year at the U. Don’t worry, they both graduated with flying colors. Since then the two have become sisters. They lived together from their late teens to early twenties, navigating the glamorous and not so glamorous moments of early adulthood. Sarah and Sam are born one day apart, which they love informing cashiers of every time they are asked to show their IDs.
Colton Murphy
Best Man
Ryker and Colton met in high school and became closer friends during their college career. The two are always cooking up things to do. Whether it be duck hunting, fly fishing, golfing, camping, blowing up dirt bikes or blacksmithing damascus, they are constantly living it up. Colton is a true American who loves his country, family, friends, beans, cigars and an ice cold Coors. He is the first person to back you up in a fight and the last person to still be laughing at a good joke.
Vanessa Murphy

Vanessa always has something fun and adventurous up her sleeve. Wether it be camping, hiking, cross-country skiing, crafting, fishing, backpacking, or hosting the annual Friendsgiving weekend extravaganza. She is the person that brings people together and exemplifies living life to the fullest. Vanessa was also Ryker’s partner in crime for the proposal. When he popped the question, she stealthily hid and snapped photos to capture the moment. In conclusion Vanessa makes sh!t happen.
Buster Voinovich

Back in the day, Ryker and Buster met playing on a competitive soccer league. After one of the games they went to see one of the best movies ever made, “Red Line”. They quickly knew they would be friends after the third grade boys realized they both liked fast cars and loose women. Years later, Buster is Ryker’s unofficial golf coach, invention advisor, and the master of taking Ryker’s money in billiards. Buster is one of the most thoughtful people you will ever encounter and has the friend list to back it up. He is an outstanding golfer, brilliant engineer and a true friend.
Carol-Anne Wright

Nine years ago in their Junior year of high school, Sarah and Carol-Anne, who were strangers at the time, attended Girls State Utah. A camp for adolescent girls in Cedar City where one learns about the government and performs mock parliamentary procedure. An ideal way to spend the summer for any young girl. The bright light of the experience was when Sarah met Carol-Anne. Carol-Anne’s witty humor saved the day, and the two became fast friends after that. Carol-Anne is a brilliant and hilarious story-teller, a go-getter and lover of both dogs and rabbits. Sarah stood by Carol-Anne’s side when she married her husband 3 years ago, and the two will only continue to celebrate each-others milestones that lay ahead.
Jack Hall
Groomsman
Jack and Ryker met in Junior High on the football team and have been a dynamic duo ever since. Such as the time they went stag to a school dance wearing only unbuttoned vests. To complete the look, they filled in their measly, teenage mustaches with eyeliner. The ladies really missed out that night. Jack and Ryker spend their time practicing comedy routines that only they think are funny, going on spontaneous camping trips, skiing, and fly fishing. Jack is also a doting father to his 200 lb son Buzz (see picture). Jack is the first person down for an adventure. Wether it be mountain biking, playing college baseball, designing homes or coaching Ryker on how to get muscles.
Micaela Weil
Bridesmaid
Micaela and Sarah bonded over their mutual love of The Parent Trap. Since this discovery, Mic has been dubbed the “Aunt Vicky” to Rosie, Sarah and Ryker’s bernedoodle. Micaela will be the first person to make you feel included and remembers the small details with genuine care. She is wise beyond her years, charming, an excellent listener, athletic and energetic. Micaela is also a patient ski-partner, which really came in handy when Sarah’s ineptitude (in Sarah’s words) caused Micaela to fall off a chair lift on her own birthday. Luckily it was a short fall and the two still get to enjoy their girl chats over a glass of red wine or La Croix, while occasionally singing along to Mamma Mia.
Sam Weil
Groomsman
One of the groom’s favorite memories is when the buddies went on an epic fishing and canoe trip in the Minnesota Boundary Waters for Sam’s birthday. On the stormiest day of the trip, which happened to be Sam’s birthday, the boys took refuge under a tarp and passed time by playing hearts, drinking whisky, and shooting squirrels with a 45. This is one of countless memories being in the outdoors with Sam. He is an avid upland bird hunter, fly fisherman, horseback rider, dog smuggler, and dinner host. You never know what type of game he will serve when dinner is at Sam’s. He keeps you on your toes.
Morgan Zacharias

Morgan and Sarah’s first official meeting was in 2014, in the musty dungeon of the Drama 1010 classroom at the University of Utah. The two had the same brilliant idea, enroll in an “easy” course that would fulfill the art and humanities requirement for their respective degrees. It was a brief but lasting encounter. Fast forward a few years, they met again at a barbecue where Sarah was being introduced to Ryker’s friends. Morgan was incredibly welcoming and the two ‘fellow thespians’ hit it off. Morgan inspires everyone around her with her genuine care for people and their experiences. She also has the deadly combination of being a collegiate debater and inner horse-girl. Which makes Morgan a witty story teller and a friend to lean on.
Brandon Zacharias

One of the oldest memories of Brandon and Ryker is from high school. The two were headed to the basement when Brandon’s sister caught a glimpse of what she thought was an oddly muscular woman with flowing locks of hair. After altering their dad that Brandon had a girl over, they snuck downstairs to spy on the couple. Brandon’s family was sadly disappointed to find out it was just Ryker and Brandon playing Xbox. After Brandons failed dating experience, he attended the University of Utah where he studied Design and used his charms to court his lovely wife Morgan. Brandon is now a talented creative director and enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and being in the outdoors.
Charlotte Rose
Flower Girl
Charlotte lights up the room with her winning combination of sweet and sassy. She loves gymnastics, singing to Frozen and interpretative dancing to Taylor Swift. Some of the bride and grooms favorite memories with Charlotte have been in Maui, Flordia and Cancun, where she loves to swim and get buried in the sand.
Hudson Murphy
Ring Bearer
While Hudson has not been on earth for long, he has made a big impression. Hudson loves to cuddle and will be your best adventure buddy. A few precious memories the bride and groom have of Hud is when they went fishing and camping in the Sawtooth’s and a snowshoeing expedition in Sun Valley.
Nixon Rose
Ring Bearer
Nixon loves to be held and always has a mischievous smile. He is the best little brother to Charlotte and brings so much joy to our family. Nixon loves to splash in the pool, cuddle with his grandpa, and plans to take his ring bearer duties very seriously.
Chad Call
Officiant
When Ryker was in highschool, Chad came into his life as just some (super cool guy who skydives, rock climbs, and is always doing cool things) guy dating his mom. As the relationship between Jennifer and Chad grew, so did the bond between Chad and her sons. Chad has taught Ryker so many things that have shaped him into the man he is now. Namely, how to raise animals, be self sufficient in building and construction and how to be a generous person without expecting things in return. Once Sarah joined the picture, she was taken by Chad’s generosity, work ethic and willingness to lead by example. Ryker and Sarah have spent countless afternoons at the Call residence, on minor projects like constructing a chicken coop to house 100 chickens or building what is possibly the largest residential garden in the tri-state area. Everything that Chad does is done with intention and of the upmost quality. So, no pressure to Chad when he officates Sarah and Ryker’s ceremony on their big day. ;)
