The first time we met was in the Phoenix, Arizona airport! It was very casual, because we both thought we already met prior to this trip. The trip was great, but it was not like most think. It was after the trip when Ryder and I actually hit it off. We had our first date, then our second, and then our third, the three days before he left for college. Neither of us would have imagined starting a relationship long distance, but we both knew we had something special.

I still can’t stop smiling. The proposal was absolutely perfect, it was so romantic and so us! Kennedy kept me busy all day while Ryder prepared. That night, Ryder and I had already planned to ride horses. We rode in his pasture, until we ended up at a picnic he had set up. After eating, we danced, and he ended the night by getting down on one knee.
