When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 16th underneath the RSVP tab on our website.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, two signature cocktails will be provided as well as beer and wine. Please plan ahead and drink responsibly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Semi-Formal/Formal please. We hope to document beautiful pictures with you for our memories. Keep in mind there is gravel and uneven ground outside when selecting shoes. September weather is always changing and we encourage you to dress in/bring layers.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to allow time for parking and walking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We ask that all cell phones are turned off during the ceremony but we encourage you to take as many pictures as you like the rest of the night. The whole day will be documented by both our photographer and videographer.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes, if they are listed on your RSVP. If not, we prefer it was just you. There will be some child friendly activities set up.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, please keep in mind that the parking is gravel. The ceremony and reception are in the same location. Golf cart shuttles will be available as needed.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please do when you complete your RSVP.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside under an outdoor chapel, cocktail hour will be inside the lower barn, and the reception will be inside the upper barn.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

At this time we have been unable to locate a shuttle service, however if this changes we will let you know!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 5020 E 72nd St Indianapolis, IN 46250. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, during this time you will be directed to the lower barn to enjoy cocktail hour with an open bar and refreshments.
